Jessica holds a degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Animal Behavior. She is an animal behaviorist with formal training through the University of Washington’s Certificate in Applied Animal Behavior. Her passion for learning is ongoing—she recently became a certified Family Dog Mediator and is actively working toward her CPDT-KA credential. She’s deeply grateful to be mentored by Shawna, whose guidance continues to shape her journey.

When she’s not training other dogs, Jessica’s busy keeping up with her own wild child—Artemis, a high-energy Mini Aussie who makes every day an adventure!

Her specialties include puppy and adolescent development, leash manners, leash reactivity, and foundational skills for future Service Dogs.
